Beastie is Home: A Community Success!

Beloved sixteen-year-old neighbor Beastie has been returned home thanks to our strong network of cat allies. Here’s the timeline of events:

§  Wednesday, 8/13: An unknown cat is found in a neighbor’s yard.

§  Thursday, 8/14: Our Insta account (@se_taylor_street_cat_news) posts a picture of said cat to our story, supplied by superstar cat ally @rispix.

§  Friday, 8/15: Another neighbor contacts us about a Lost Cat sign that matched said cat. We were able to confirm the match and get owner’s number to our comrade keeping Beastie safe. Beastie was picked up that evening!

We are so proud to live in a neighborhood that looks out for one another. If a cat is planning on getting lost (let’s be honest, we occasionally do this for attention), we highly recommend they choose Buckman-Sunnyside as the place to do it.
