AITA for pooping in a neighbor’s bag of dirt?

So I (neutered M) have recently been pooping in my across-the-street neighbor’s large bags of dirt that they keep on their porch. I assume these dirt bags are for me and my poops because I’m the lord of this block. I was very excited to find this new spot, and I’m always happy to receive devotional gifts. The other thing I like about this location is that while I poop, I can make eye contact with the indoor cats that live here. It gives me great satisfaction to make them jealous.

I few nights ago, I was appalled to find that my poop collection was removed from the dirt bag. I had to start all over. And then the next day, my new poop was removed again! Is this some sort of cruel joke? Or is it a game? Maybe the culprit is in love with me?

Or maybe they’re harvesting my poops for dark magic!
