Remembering June

June, the prettiest girl, passed away suddenly at nine years old. From the streets of Pendleton, she joined our home through the Humane Society 2nd Chance program. She spent 7 incredible years with us. 

June was so independent. She liked attention but on her terms. She was a true queen. But still - she loved to be a part of everything. At parties, June was always the center of attention. She loved a sunny spot, any fuzzy blanket, and sitting in her window bed watching squirrels between naps. 

Her independence made moments of closeness even more special. She was adored by all, even converting non-cat lovers to say “this is a great cat”. 

We love her more than anything, and we will miss June forever.
