It is with sadness that we announce the recent passing of Mr. President, elder statesman of Salmon & 37th. The Commander-in-Chief overcame a difficult childhood with 3 aggressive dogs, eventually landing with a kindly Sunnyside widow, to whom he provided steadfast companionship for 10 years. Known for his glossy black coat and reticent nature, Mr. P accepted affection but set boundaries with a firm nip when he'd had enough.
